“I got many fillings and one Root Canal Treatment done at this dental practice and my fear of the dentist vanished after the first appointment. My Dentist was excellent in making me comfortable as well as doing the treatment during all my visits. They are an expert at their work and all the fillings and RCT was done painfree. (really gentle dental). None of the fillings came off. Also, the reception talk to you in a very good and welcoming manner. They are very helpful over the phone also (for making appointments). “I had not visited a dentist since I moved to this area several years ago. I was due to have open-heart surgery and it is necessary for the hospital to have an up to date report from a dentist. I visited this practice and was given an appointment for two days hence. I was examined by the Principal Dentist and recommended treatment. I agreed and was given an appointment for one week later. The treatment was carried out by the Principal and further work done by the Hygienist. Two weeks later, dentists at the Heart Hospital confirmed that excellent treatment had been given. I have since had two routine checks, one involving further Hyienist work and one requiring no treatment.” December 2012

“This is a lovely practice which has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. It is extremely clean and hygienic and has excellent facilities throughout. It is light and airy and very welcoming.

Craig McNish is my dentist. He is extremely thorough and professional and always explains what he is doing every step of the way. This is really important to me as I have always been quite an anxious patient, and puts me at ease. I would highly recommend him.

The hygienist team have always been excellent and do a fantastic job. I am grateful that an oral condition was identified by this practice soon after I joined which resulted in a hospital referral. This was reassuring and I received the appropriate help which I needed. My previous practice had not picked this up. I was taught how to floss and brush properly and shown the importance of oral hygiene, which is especially important for me with my condition. This had also not been done by the other practice. Lyn is my hygienist, and she is lovely and does a very good job of helping me look after my teeth and gums.

Last but not least, the reception staff are always helpful and friendly and I like the fact they give me a courtesy call 24 hours before my appointment.

So although I always have a bit of anxiety, it is greatly reduced now coming to this practice.I would highly recommend it, and would not go anywhere else!” August 2011
